Now iPhone 4 has been released and every fans is queing up to get it, causing the low level of stock. However, there's a way you could buy iPhone 4 with a great bargain. Apparently if you buy iPhone 4 in the states, you can't use it unlocked, unless you jailbreak it. But iPhone 4 has been released in Europe as unlocked, on Apple's website.

So what you could do is get someone you know in UK and buy the phone for you, and on his/her way back to you, get the device's VAT claimed back, which could be up to 17.5%!
